SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2010
10:10AM-10:00PM
INSIDE BOK CENTER
ADMISSION TO THE BUILDING IS FREE
Dust off that old pair of ice skates! Skate Date 2010 at the BOK Center will give Tulsans the opportunity to take center ice inside the iconic arena and skate beneath a mirrored disco ball.

The public is invited to ice skate on the BOK Center's expansive indoor frozen floor. The NHL regulation-sized 17,000sf surface will have a nostalgic ambiance courtesy of music, a disco ball, and festive lighting.
The event is an enjoyable way for families, children, teenagers, and couples to spend the Valentine’s Day holiday. All concession stands will be open and alcoholic beverages will be available for guests of legal age. The BOK Center’s grand lobby will feature photograph opportunities in front of a green screen, holiday merchandise sales, and long stem roses available for purchase. The Tulsa Figure Skating Club (TFSC) has a history almost as long as the United States Figure Skating Association. Believe it or not, Tulsa actually built the first man-made ice rink in the country below the Mason-Dixon Line. The tradition continues this Valentine's Day as club members from all age groups are slated to perform at Skate Date.
Join us at Skate Date for a 40 minute figure skating presentation from 9:30-10:10AM on Sunday, February 14 featuring several sanctioned exhibitions by area athletes. The public is invited to watch the routines free of charge.
