BOK Center Announces Insider Text Club For Fans

Tulsa, OK (Nov. 2, 2009) – The BOK Center has launched a new mobile texting campaign for fans to receive announcements, special offers, and chances to win tickets right on their phones. Anyone with a cell phone can text the word “BOKCENTER” to 74700 to join the Insider Text club. An online registration form is also available on www.bokcenter.com.

“It is important for the BOK Center to stay current and get our message out in the most convenient way possible for our guests. The ability to send messages right to their phones will let us share our breaking news with people more quickly than ever.” said Casey Sparks, Marketing Director.

The text messages will also link to the BOK Center’s mobile website (www.bokcenter.mobi) for those with internet access on their phones, where they can view more information about new events. If ticket buyers choose the Tickets@phone option from Tickets.com, they can also receive a picture text message of a barcode that will be scanned at the doors, and allow admission to the event. The new text club is part of the BOK Center’s plan to make it easier for fans to stay connected, get information, and attend events.
