Welcome to the BOK Center. In order to make your visit both pleasant and memorable, this handy guide will help you discover everything you need to know about the BOK Center from “A to Z.”

AED Locations

Each level of the BOK Center is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED), which can save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest.There are 2 AEDs located on each level for a total of 8 in the building. In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.

Alcoholic Beverages

Oklahoma and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at the BOK Center. The number of alcoholic beverages served may be limited to one drink per person, per purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are discontinued approximately forty-five (45) minutes before the end of the event. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking. See “Designated Driver Program.”

ATMs

For your convenience, ATM machines are available near the Box Office entrance by Section 118 and near the main concession area by section 108.

Elevators

The elevators near Section 103, on the east side of the building, provide access to the arena floor, main level, premium level and upper concourse.

Emergency Evacuation

BOK Center staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities to safety.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes may not be purchased and are not available through the BOK Center.

Banners & Signs

Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may also be prohibited if requested by the event.

Cameras/Recording Devices

For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, small point & shoot cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The BOK Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.

Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.

Catering by SMG

Savor...Tulsa – Catering by SMG will meet your food & beverage service needs whether you are planning a business lunch, corporate event, formal dinner, private party, or any other social affair.

Cell Phones

Cellular phones are permitted provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. The use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the event. For your convenience, telephones are provided at designated locations throughout the BOK Center, courtesy of Cox Communications.

Club Seats

The BOK Center features 678 club seats. In addition to spectacular sightlines and comfortable seats, club seat ticket holders receive access to the exclusive ONEOK Club Lounge and dining area. It is a perfect option to entertain business associates or reward employees. Club seat holders receive season tickets to all Tulsa Oilers and Tulsa Talons home games and the first right to purchase tickets for all other public events.

Concessions

The Main and Upper concourses at the BOK Center feature a broad range of dinner, snack, dessert, and beverage items with over 100 points of sale during events. SAVOR...Tulsa – Catering by SMG offers not only the usual items most find standard to an arena experience but presents unique selections while making quality a top priority.


Several local restaurants are available in the BOK Center to compliment the other Food & Beverage choices. This list includes Billy’s On The Square, In The Raw, Mazzio’s, and The Doghouse. Each concourse features many locations to enjoy a wide range of domestic beer and local microbrews.

Donations

Charities and other non-profit groups requesting donation or auction items from the BOK Center should submit a written request on their organizational letterhead to:

Please allow at least three (3) weeks for processing.

Door Time

For most events, doors open 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event. However, this can vary by event. For specific information, please call the BOK Center at (918) 894-4200 or check the event specific page on www.bokcenter.com.

Entrances

Two public entrances are available at the BOK Center. The main entrance is located at the corner of 3rd Street & Denver Avenue. The Box Office entrance is located on the south side of the building on 3rd Street between Denver and Frisco Avenues.

The ONEOK VIP Entrance is located on the west side of the building, near the intersection of 3rd Street & Frisco Avenue. This entrance is reserved for our premium ticket holders.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain in the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use elevators. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.

First Aid

For your safety, the BOK Center has professionally trained emergency personnel on site. The St. John's First Aid Station is located on the main concourse across from Section 114. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.

Fundraising Opportunities

Tired of the same old fundraisers? Looking for a creative alternative to bake sales and car washes? Fundraising opportunities are available now at the BOK Center. SAVOR...Tulsa provides a unique fundraising opportunity for non-profit organizations at the Tulsa Convention Center and BOK Center. For more information, please call (918) 894-4300.

Guest Conduct

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting the BOK Center guests be courteous to those around them and abide by building policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Guest Services

Guest Services desks are located across from Section 104 on the Main Concourse and by the ONEOK Premium Level Elevators on the Premium Level. These locations provide guests a convenient location to obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance during events.

Handouts

The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on BOK Center property without prior written authorization from SMG.

Hotels

Doubletree - Downtown Tulsa is the official host hotel of the BOK Center.

Loge Boxes

Twenty (20) loge boxes are located on the east side of the arena on the ONEOK Premium Level. Each box includes four (4) plush chairs, catering service, a refrigerator, buffet area, and a priority parking pass. Four (4) of the loge boxes are handicapped-accessible. Adjacent to the loge boxes is the private ONEOK Premium Level Lounge, offering cocktails and a nightly menu. Loge box owners receive tickets to every event at the BOK Center including season tickets to all Tulsa Oilers and Tulsa Talons regular and post-season home games.

Loge Club Membership

The ONEOK Loge Club Membership is the most recent addition to the BOK Center’s Premium Seating lineup and provides another option for personal enjoyment, business entertainment or employee reward. This Membership also serves as a priority upgrade to become a contracted ONEOK Club Seat holder upon availability. There are a limited number of memberships available per year and this membership does NOT include Tulsa Oilers or Tulsa Talons season tickets.

Loge Terrace Seats

Loge Terrace seats are premium barstool seating behind the Loge Boxes. They include tickets to a minimum of 25 BOK Center events, including concerts, family shows (one designated performance of multiple-performance shows), and other events and performances.One free parking pass for all events is included with seats. 

Lost & Found

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Services location. For inquiries following an event, please call (918) 894-4273 during normal business hours.

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest officer or staff member. The lost child will be assisted at a Guest Services location. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest officer or staff member.

Merchandise

Numerous merchandise or novelty booths are available throughout the BOK Center during events.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
  • Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
  • Fireworks
  • Flags/Signs with poles
  • Laser pens/pointers of any type
  • Noisemakers such as air horns
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
  • Pepper spray/Mace
  • Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management.

If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. The BOK Center does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

Re-Entry

For your safety, once a person exits the BOK Center, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Restrooms

The BOK Center offers a total of 30 restrooms including 8 unisex family restrooms. All restrooms include diaper-changing stations and are accessible to persons with disabilities. 

Security

BOK Center staffs private security and off-duty Tulsa police officers to provide security before, during and after events. The BOK Center will base event security on the Homeland Security National Threat Advisory Level along with the performer’s security rider.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with Tulsa City ordinances, smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all public areas at the BOK Center including the arena and concourses. A designated outdoor smoking area is located across from section 119.

Suites

The ONEOK Premium Suites are located on the premium level, only 21 rows above the event floor and offers the ultimate premium viewing location in the BOK Center. With top of the line amenities the ONEOK Premium Suites are the best way to entertain clients and business associates. There are 38 private suites and 4 rental suites. Contracted suites get tickets to all Tulsa Talons and Tulsa Oilers regular and post-season home games.

Tag-a-Tot

A Tag-a-Tot program is available at the Guest Services Desks where a representative will give your child a wristband to note your section, row and seat number. Should you and your child become separated, you can be reunited with the assistance of an usher.

Telephones

Telephones are available at no charge throughout the main concourse courtesy of Cox Communications. Telephones are located by section 117 and the Arby's Box Office entrance, behind section 108 and in the Cox Display area by section 103.

Tickets

Tickets are available at www.bokcenter.com, Arby's Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets or charge by phone at 1-866-7-BOK-CTR

Will Call/VIP Will Call: When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at the Arby’s Box Office Will Call window. Please be prepared to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo I.D. Press and VIP tickets, or tickets left by a third party, may also be picked up at Will Call prior to the event. A photo I.D. is required.

Accessible Seating: Accessible seats are available on each level of the BOK Center. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. Wheelchair service and check-in is available.

Children’s Admission: Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e.,Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call (918) 894-4200.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Lost tickets: Any lost or stolen ticket can be reprinted at the Arby's Box Office. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.

Refunds: Please confirm your ticket selection at the time of purchase as tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Resale of Tickets: The resale of event tickets on the grounds of the BOK Center is strictly prohibited. To avoid problems with counterfeit or stolen tickets, or inflated prices, please purchase your tickets through authorized Ticketmaster outlets only.

Stolen tickets: Any stolen tickets need to be reported to the Arby's BoxOffice and the Tulsa Police Department.

Water Fountains

Accessible water fountains are available on each level of the BOK Center at the following locations:

  • Floor – Under Section 103
  • Main – Sections 104, 107, 113, 119
  • Premium – Across from Suite 25
  • Upper – Sections 301, 307, 314, 319, 327
