Position Summary
Under general supervision of the IT Manager, plan, schedule and monitor all computer and phone programs for the facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine the priorities of event coordination to facilitate computing, internet, and phone needs of the clients.
- Oversee and provide cause for proper control and care of computer and phone inventories of supplies, spare parts, shop tools and equipment. Oversee and provide cause for proper maintenance shop(s) conditions to be maintained in safe working conditions, safe working procedures, and in a clean and orderly work environment.
- Develop, implement, document, and maintain effective facility maintenance policies, procedures, and programs. To include P.M. on all computer software and hardware, and all phone systems.
- Provide customer service excellence.
- Required to speak and understand basic English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
- Maintain a professional work ethic
- Make sure all IT storerooms are clean, organized, and secure
This position requires the ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours which include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education and/or Experience
- High School or GED Certificate graduate.
- Two-year degree or certificate of completion in any or all the fields of computer and phone systems preferred but not required.
- Two years related experience and/or training — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of best practices, techniques, equipment, and tools used in technical implementations and maintenance.
- Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of IT equipment used by ASM Tulsa.
- Possess knowledge and experience in operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, event related services and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility.
- Know and guarantee all laws, codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules/regulations and emergency procedures are followed.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron, and others encountered in the course of employment.
- Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials.
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, personable, positive, and hard working.
- Detailed oriented and able to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron, and others encountered in the course of employment.

- Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
Computer Skills :
- Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office, and other standard computer equipment. . feel carputer like lilies pet-non-Windows. should Office he able to do maze than operate
- Knowledgeable in Win10 and MacOS operating systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting a range of devices including PC’s, printers, IP phones & mobile devices
- Ability to update and upgrade equipment as needed
