BOK Center meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, Bank of Oklahoma ATM’s and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities.
Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. Three companion tickets may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating.
Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to the BOK Center and the Arby’s Box Office. Some events at the BOK Center may have the City of Tulsa Police Department directing traffic to and from the BOK Center. When an event calls for this, Disabled Guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer.
Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services desks located at each of the main entrances. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.
BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests that are deaf/hard of hearing. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. For details, please email us at [email protected] or call the BOK Center Office at 918-894-4200.
The BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
